- Wear the wristband on the arm that you do not use for writing (your non-dominant arm).
- Wear the wristband for 7 days in a row, including at night. You can start on any day of the week.
- You should wear it at home, at work, and wherever you go during those 7 days including in the shower.
- Write down the date and time you put on the wristband. We will ask you about this later.
- As much as possible, please keep the wristband on all day and all night for the 7 days. If you do need to take it off, write down how many times, and for how long you removed the wristband. We will ask you about this later.
- At the end of the 7 days, please seal the wristband in the same bag it came in, and mail it back to us in the prepaid envelope.
- At the end of the 7 days, please fill out a short survey about your use of the wristband.
- Once we receive your wristband and survey, we will mail you a check for $25 as a thank you.
